We're from Jakarta Indonesia, our beloved father recently passed away in Singapore on Saturday morning and the uncle from Flying Home immediately came to the hospital to take care of it. Flying Home handled everything from the transportation, cargo flight, embalming, clean and dress my father, casket, paper works and they prepared a function room to honor my father one last time before leaving Singapore. They're very professional and knowledgeable. They explained clearly all the process and made everything easy so we could grief in peace. It all happened on the weekend but they didn't charge for OT. They packed the casket really nicely. My father arrived in Jakarta safely and everything was in excellent condition. The casket was really elegant and everyone complimented it. Thank you for your service and I would definitely recommend Flying Home to everyone who needs it.

My heartfelt gratitude to Flying Home, whom took care of my dear uncle at his unexpected departing.My uncle has passed on just past midnight and by 4pm the next day all paperwork has been done for the sending of my uncle back to Jakarta. That is the kind of efficiency that we can only dream of, yet Flying Home delivers exactly that.Together with Mr. Ang, Kathi and team, we are very well advised and guided all the way from first meeting with them at the hospital until the service time later in the day. This can only be a reflection of the highest professionalism and deep-rooted experience in handling funerals by the outstanding Flying Home team.My special gratitude to Flying Home team to allow my sister who came late after work to pay her final respects to my uncle and waited more than 2 hours until my sister has found solence with my uncle. This is definitely a service class above any service level.

My husband of 56 years died in Singapore after being medically disembarked from a Holland America World Cruise. Kathi, the Operations Manager, was THE best person my son and I could have EVER hoped to meet! He was at the hospital less then a hour after my husband passed and not only was he considerate he was so compassionate and immediately took charge of our situation. He "came to the rescue" and handled everything! I cannot express my complete gratitude at how he turned the worst time of my entire life into a more bearable time. IF you ever need his services, do not hesitate to call them.

This is our first time having the need to fly home my dad who passed away in Singapore. My dad passed away on Friday night (weekend) within the Moslem Hari Raya break, when the consulate was not active. Thanks to God and the help of a church member, Mr. Ang was available to help us and patiently guide us through out the process then. Within an hour after notification and no prior appointment, Mr. Ang showed up in the hospital, and the senior nurse immediately recognize him. Within a couple of hours, Flying Home managed to bring my dad out from the hospital to their funeral home, and Mr. Ang was so kind to help us until midnight. The next morning, they prepared my dad for the funeral service in their place, before they send my dad to the airlines in the evening. The next morning my dad was transported back home to the local funeral home. The process of bring my dad home went extremely smooth, despite it was a weekend of a big holiday. I can't thank Mr. Ang and his Flying Home team enough for being such an angel helping us during our difficult moments. May God continue to bless Flying Home so that it can continue to become greater blessings to others.

The services at Flying Home was great in repatriating the body of one of my colleague who passed away unexpectedly to Myanmar. Despite the civil unrest happening in Myanmar which made things a little more complicated than usual, Flying Home managed to process all the documentations for us with the Myanmar counterparts, which allowed my colleague's family to receive his body in Myanmar within 3 days of his passing.Special mention to Ziqian, who was always so prompt in responding to our questions, and was still coordinating things for us even after office hours. He was very knowledgeable in the area of international repatriation, and was very helpful in assisting us with matters relating to terminating my late colleague's work permit, sending his personal belongings back to Myanmar etc..Ziqian was also very transparent about the pricing from the very first phone call that we had, and was very patient in explaining to us about what items were being included in the prices that he quoted, and the charges of the other additional items we requested. He gave very good advice about how to keep the prices of the repatriation more affordable.Ziqian was also very accomodating to all our requests, and would try his best to find an alternative solution. Many thanks for the complimentary use of the holding area at Flying Home's premise for the colleagues in Singapore to say their last goodbye before he got repatriated, and allowing us to use the area at our preferred timing at 8pm, despite knowing that that would mean a shorter time for the Flying Home team to prepare to send him to the airport for clearance etc.The airline did not allow lithium battery powered electronic gadgets to be sent back with the body as a cargo, which meant that we could not send back my colleague's iPad and phone back to Myanmar. However, Flying Home found an alternative solution for his electronic gadgets to be shipped back, and at a cheaper rate too.As much as I hope that international repatriation is not required by anyone reading this as it is painful losing someone dear, but if you require international repatriation service, I would definitely recommend Flying Home.To Ziqian and Flying Home team, thank you all once again for your help. These past few days must have been intensely busy for all of you to coordinate this international repatriation for us, and we are truly appreciative for all the work onsite and behind the scenes, in allowing my colleague's family to return home to his family today. It means a lot to them. A million thanks 🙂

I am grateful for the accompaniment that the company provided to be able to help my friend with the repatriation from Singapore to Colombia of his wife who unfortunately lost her life in Singapore several weeks ago. Today her family can say goodbye to her and her soul will go in peace. Thank you so much. The entire process was carried out with efficiency and quality.

Helped a foreigner family with the funeral arrangements and repatriation of ashes to a third country. Flying Home gave very good advice and was familiar with the procedures, ensuring family have peace of mind while in grief. The funeral hall was cosy, with the required AV equipment in place. Staff was responsive, and acceded to requests expeditiously. Everyone present was grateful for the funeral arrangements.

Ang and his team are very diligent, supportive and professional. Our family really appreciate his service. Within less than 01 hour after my sister passed away in the early morning, Ang was already with us at the hospital. He listened to our needs and provided us with the best taylored service. We highly appreciate the works done by these people, they are extremely considerate, efficient, professional, and did the best to fulfill all of our needs. When contacting them during off work hours, they were still able to respond quickly like bringing flowers at 9pm. We are thankful for all the hard work put into this and we hope they could help more people with such experiences.
