On 9-October-2026, my husband and me were in Egypt holidaying. And my husband met a mishap and he passed on. My wish for my husband to come home was fullfilled and Mr. Ang, helped to make sure that my husband body came home. I was alone in Egypt and helpless. Without Mr Ang’s guidance and advice I would have been completely lost. Mr. Ang’s professional work in repatriation is very excellent and efficient. My husband body, reached Singapore from Hurghada, Egypt on 17-October-2026. I am greatly appreciated and touched that myself, families and friends were able to see him and have the opportunity to bid him farewell. His professionalism, experience, kindness and valued assistance were greatly appreciated.

The sudden passing of a loved one is a very difficult period when grief and so many issue hits you. Thankfully when my beloved sister died suddenly while on holiday overseas we were given a list of Repatriation Specialist Companies that we could engage to bring her back to Singapore from the Singapore Consulate in Guangzhou, China. Flying Home was the only Singapore company in that list and we naturally selected them to assist. We are so glad that we made a correct decision, because from the very first phone call to every step of the way, Mr Ang of Flying Home was there with us to make our pain and grief mush lesser with exceptional level of professionalism and guidance. He and his team managed the entire repatriation process in a extremely timely manner and keep us posted of the progress regularly. If not for their help and experience, we would never have managed to send my sister off in her final journey in Singapore, in the manner that deserves. Even after the repatriation was completed and my sister was back in Singapore, Mr Ang was there to help and guide us on the next steps that we had to take in completing the administrative issues. As my sister passed in China, we were handed a complete package translated and notorised documents that meets Singapore authorities requirements. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr Ang and his team from Flying Home for their kindness, understanding and care in Flying my sister Home, in record time. In our opinion, not many can deliver the level of service that this team is capable of. THANK YOU!

I was recently and unfortunately required to use the services of Flying Home Pte Ltd funeral home to assist in the repatriation of my deceased step father from Singapore to the UK. They were recommended by the British High Commission in Singapore Singapore. It became clear why this recommendation was made after having experienced their care and sensitive professionalism throughout the difficult process of navigating the death, cremation and subsequent repatriation of a loved one. The team were respectful, compassionate and professional throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond what would be expected of them. They advised on the best courses of action, how to navigate the bureaucratic stages and were wonderfully supportive in assisting us with whatever issues we had. I genuinely would not hesitate to recommend Flying Home Pte Ltd to any that may require their services, and wish to extend my thanks to Ang and his team.

I was faced with the sudden death of my husband here in Singapore. As a foreigner, as well as the shock and the grief, I was overwhelmed with what I needed to do to plan a funeral. Flying Home navigated us through our grief, from complying with the legal obligations owed in Singapore in the event of a death, through to helping me choose a meaningful, beautiful and strengthening service, to arranging the delivery and certification of my husband’s ashes so that I can repatriate them to the UK. Ang and his team gently talked us through the process, explaining all of the options with patience and genuine kindness. My husband’s entire journey was handled with great respect and dignity. Ang took the time to understand who my husband was as a person and he suggested so many personal touches that could be included in the service. This allowed us to express our love for my husband and was so appreciated. Ang and his team rescued me from a situation in which I was utterly lost and overwhelmed and brought me peace and contentment. I would have no hesitation in giving them the very highest recommendation possible. A special commendation goes to Ang. In addition to Weijian who quietly and kindly guided us through the funeral service and also Kelvin, Danilo, Patrick, Kenny, Lim, Raymond.

We are deeply grateful and thankful to Mr. Ang at Flying Home for his exceptional support and service during a very difficult time. Mr. Ang assisted with the repatriation of our dear friend’s body from China to Singapore, and his professionalism, experience, and heartfelt care made all the difference. From the very beginning, he understood the urgency and emotional weight of the situation and was fully committed to helping the family. He provided clear, practical advice and managed every step with calm assurance and deep empathy. He followed up closely, keeping us informed throughout and ensuring that nothing was left to chance. What stood out most were his personal touches — his kindness, his patience, and the way he went beyond his duties simply because he wanted to help a fellow Singaporean return home with dignity. We used Flying Home when our mum passed away suddenly and they made an incredibly difficult time as easy and painless as possible. There is a lot of admin and processes and forms to sort out at this time and Kathi guided us through this incredibly well with genuine care and compassion. I hope we never need to use them again but I would strongly reccomend Flying Home to anyone that has to deal with this tragic situation - they were amazing in every way.

Dear Flying Home Team, I would like to take this opportunity to commend Kathi for his outstanding support and exceptional service throughout the entire repatriation process. Kathi has been nothing short of amazing - from liaising seamlessly with our London office and the next of kin of the deceased, to assisting the Investigating Officer by providing all the necessary documents, and coordinating efficiently with the British Consulate. What truly stood out was how Kathi went above and beyond by helping to arrange a holding funeral in Singapore, allowing all of the deceased’s friends here to say their final goodbyes. This level of care, attention, and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. The mammoth effort displayed by Kathi and the Flying Home team is truly commendable, and we highly recommend your services to anyone who may require repatriation assistance. Thank you once again, Kathi, for being there every step of the way. Your dedication and professionalism deserve nothing less than an A-star rating. Much appreciated. Kind regards, Rifaie VOLUXIS

It is a momentously sad occasion when anyone requires the services and absolute expertise of a company like Flying Home. Additionally, it is with great anxiety that such situations as repatriating loved ones meets the complexity of inter-nation relationships in foreign countries. As such to be met with the professionalism and sensitivity of the Flying home team is a blessing. More especially the support provided by Kathi in navigating absolutely every aspect of the ensuing ordeal of my close friends, made me so proud to be resident in Singapore and witness such care, support and absolute end to end professionalism. Forever indebted to Kathi and Flying home. Joe M

Living in the USA we had a phone call from the US Embassy in Singapore, advising a relative had passed away while he was visiting Singapore. When needed we telephoned Flying Home to help with this situation. Kathi became our representative, at Flying Home, and from that time on Kathi was the only person we delt with at Flying Home, which made this horrible happening a seamless occurrence. Over the next week Kathi worked with the US Embassy and the Singapore Police Department to bring our loved one home to the USA. By the time we had arrived in Singapore, Kathi had obtained all the paperwork needed by Singapore and the US Embassy, to report the death of a US Citizen in Singapore and to transport our loved one home to the USA. Kathi’s efficiency and professionalism was extremely amazing. Kathi continually had contact with us and explained every step of the way. It seemed like Kathi never slept, he answered questions quickly and there is a 16-hour time difference, between Singapore and the USA. The total pricing from Flying Home, included claiming the body from the morgue, preparation and cremation, all funeral arrangements, obtaining and filing all needed paperwork from Singapore and the US Embassy, meeting with us for needed signatures and handing over of cremated remains in a sealed urn for travel – and was less money than we expected and I am sure less than would have been charged for the same service in the USA. Kathi and Flying Home handled our loved one with dignity and caring, like he was their loved one. Flying Home level of service far exceeded our expectations. In Singapore the only other location we had to contact, was the Singapore Police Department to pick-up the personal belongings of our loved one. Kathi was able to have us make identification of our loved one via pictures. Kathi also sent us pictures of how our loved one was handled with respect, when claimed at the morgue and transferred to the crematorium. If you need a mortuary in Singapore, we recommend Flying Home, weather you are in Singapore at the time or living outside Singapore.

Kathi displayed an extraordinary level of care and understanding. He handled every detail with meticulous attention, ensuring that all necessary arrangements were made efficiently and with the utmost respect. We're from Jakarta Indonesia, our beloved father recently passed away in Singapore on Saturday morning and the uncle from Flying Home immediately came to the hospital to take care of it. Flying Home handled everything from the transportation, cargo flight, embalming, clean and dress my father, casket, paper works and they prepared a function room to honor my father one last time before leaving Singapore. They're very professional and knowledgeable. They explained clearly all the process and made everything easy so we could grief in peace. It all happened on the weekend but they didn't charge for OT. They packed the casket really nicely. My father arrived in Jakarta safely and everything was in excellent condition. The casket was really elegant and everyone complimented it. Thank you for your service and I would definitely recommend Flying Home to everyone who needs it.

My heartfelt gratitude to Flying Home, whom took care of my dear uncle at his unexpected departing. My uncle has passed on just past midnight and by 4pm the next day all paperwork has been done for the sending of my uncle back to Jakarta. That is the kind of efficiency that we can only dream of, yet Flying Home delivers exactly that. Together with Mr. Ang, Kathi and team, we are very well advised and guided all the way from first meeting with them at the hospital until the service time later in the day. This can only be a reflection of the highest professionalism and deep-rooted experience in handling funerals by the outstanding Flying Home team. My special gratitude to Flying Home team to allow my sister who came late after work to pay her final respects to my uncle and waited more than 2 hours until my sister has found solence with my uncle. This is definitely a service class above any service level.

My husband of 56 years died in Singapore after being medically disembarked from a Holland America World Cruise. Kathi, the Operations Manager, was THE best person my son and I could have EVER hoped to meet! He was at the hospital less then a hour after my husband passed and not only was he considerate he was so compassionate and immediately took charge of our situation. He "came to the rescue" and handled everything! I cannot express my complete gratitude at how he turned the worst time of my entire life into a more bearable time. IF you ever need his services, do not hesitate to call them.

This is our first time having the need to fly home my dad who passed away in Singapore. My dad passed away on Friday night (weekend) within the Moslem Hari Raya break, when the consulate was not active. Thanks to God and the help of a church member, Mr. Ang was available to help us and patiently guide us through out the process then. Within an hour after notification and no prior appointment, Mr. Ang showed up in the hospital, and the senior nurse immediately recognize him. Within a couple of hours, Flying Home managed to bring my dad out from the hospital to their funeral home, and Mr. Ang was so kind to help us until midnight. The next morning, they prepared my dad for the funeral service in their place, before they send my dad to the airlines in the evening. The next morning my dad was transported back home to the local funeral home. The process of bring my dad home went extremely smooth, despite it was a weekend of a big holiday. I can't thank Mr. Ang and his Flying Home team enough for being such an angel helping us during our difficult moments. May God continue to bless Flying Home so that it can continue to become greater blessings to others.
